A. Zilica are a European distributor and technical sales operation specialising in video components.
Q.Can I buy products in countries outside of the UK from Zilica?
A. Yes Zilica sell and ship throughout Europe as far as Russia, Israel and other European countries.
Q. What technical support can Zilica offer during the design phase?
A. Zilica offer telephone and e-mail first line technical support, backed up by FAEs from all Zilicas suppliers. If further technical support is required we will visit customers and even send in specialists from our suppliers (subject to commercial considerations)
Q. How long has Zilica been in operation?
A. Zilicas Managing Director Les Litwin has been selling semiconductor devices for over 30 years and is still the main customer interface. Zilica was formed in 2002 as Zilica Europe which was later merged into Zilica Limited.
Q. How do we get full data sheets, software examples and other technical information?
A. Zilica will send all datasheets via e-mail once the Product Data Request Form is completed on this web site (see any product to link to the order form page). We also maintain a secure ftp site for larger downloads of software etc.
Q. Why should I buy from Zilica?
A. Zilica only supports specialist video devices and is technically able to support customers unlike many broadline distributors. Our strategy is simple, we focus on very few suppliers, focus on Video applications and try and give best pre and post customer sales service.
